What does BIT CLOTHING CO sell?
We specialise in vintage 90s and 2000s clothing, with each piece sourced and handpicked by our founder Tijana from Europe and Australia.
We also offer vintage-inspired accessories, with vintage-inspired clothing to come in the future. It will always be clearly stated on each product page whether an item is “Vintage” or “Vintage Inspired”, so you know exactly what you’re shopping.
How do I choose the right size?
Vintage sizing differs from modern sizing, so it is important to check the measurements in the product description. We carefully take and include as many garment measurements as possible so you have the most accurate idea of how each piece will fit.
We include a "best fit" sizing recommendation to offer some guidance. This is based on the garment’s measurements, how it fits when tried on a real body, and its intended fit - for example, whether it is designed to sit low-waisted, relaxed or oversized.
However, fit can vary from person to person depending on your individual body shape and how you prefer your clothes to fit. For the most accurate guide, we recommend comparing the listed garment measurements to a similar item you already own.
Do you have sizes L-XL & beyond?
Absolutely! I’m always looking for pieces across a wider range of sizes and currently offer pieces that can fit XXS through to XXL!
One of the main reasons I wanted to start BIT was to make vintage more accessible to every BODY, not just XS.
I’m continually working to source more pieces in these size ranges and expand even further. It’s always my intention to offer vintage for as many different bodies as possible.
I also try to show our pieces on different body types whenever I can, so you can get a better idea of how each garment looks and fits in real life. I hope to do even more of this as BIT grows!

What should I know about vintage clothing?
Vintage pieces have had a previous life, so signs of wear can be part of their character. Review the product photos and description carefully before purchasing. Any noticeably visible flaws will be listed in the description.
Will sold-out items come back?
We may not be able to find the exact same vintage piece again, as most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind. However, if you’re looking for a particular style or piece in a specific size, feel free to contact us and let us know what you’re looking for.
You can also browse our ARCHIVE for sold-out pieces. If you find something you love, select “Notify me when something similar arrives” and we’ll let you know when a similar piece comes in.
How much does shipping cost?
Check our Shipping Policy for delivery information. The shipping options and charges available for your order are shown at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Please read our Refund Policy for return conditions before purchasing. Customers cover return postage for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to change something about your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and let us know what you need changed. This could include things like changing the item or correcting your order details.
We’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis to see what we can do, depending on the status of your order. If we’re unable to make the change directly, we may need to cancel and refund your original order so you can place a new one with the correct details.
Changes cannot be guaranteed, particularly once your order has been dispatched.
