1. Order Processing

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

BIT Clothing Co ships within Australia and New Zealand via Australia Post.

Shipping costs are outlined in the table above and will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses.

3. Delivery Times

 Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please see the table above for estimated delivery times. 

4. Tracking

A tracking number will be provided for all shipped orders when available.

You can track your order through Australia post's website using the tracking information provided in your confirmation email.

Once your order is shipped, BIT CLOTHING CO is not responsible for delays, lost parcels or damaged caused by the courier. If you do experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Currently, BIT Clothing Co ships within Australia and to New Zealand. But stay tuned for updates as we grow!
